1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aidrobe. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
2. Description of Service
Aidrobe provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows you to:
- Upload photos of yourself and clothing items
- Generate realistic images showing how clothing looks on you using artificial intelligence
- Save and manage your virtual try-on images
- Purchase credits to access our AI generation features
The quality and accuracy of AI-generated images may vary and are provided "as is" without guarantees of perfect representation.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
While you can use some features of our service without an account, creating an account using Apple Sign-In unlocks additional features and allows you to save your preferences and generated images. If you choose to create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
3.2 Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our service. By using Aidrobe, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Credits and Purchases
4.1 Credit System
Aidrobe uses a credit-based system where:
- Each clothing item in a virtual try-on generation currently costs 1 credit (pricing may change without prior notice)
- Credits are deducted before image generation begins
- Credits can be purchased as one time packs or received through weekly or monthly subscriptions
- Subscription credits are available only during the paid billing period they are granted for
- Unused subscription credits expire when that billing period ends
- Credits from one time packs stay in your account and do not expire as long as your account remains active
- If a subscription ends, future subscription credit grants stop and unused subscription credits from the ended period are no longer available
4.2 Purchases
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store account settings. A subscription gives you the listed credits for each weekly or monthly billing period. Those subscription credits expire at the end of that billing period. Buying a one time credit pack adds the listed credits once, and those credits remain available while your account is active.
4.3 Refunds
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We may, at our discretion, issue credit refunds for failed generations or technical issues.
Unless you contact us to opt out, you agree that we may provide Apple with refund-related transaction and consumption information to help Apple evaluate refund requests for in-app purchases. This may include information such as an anonymous account identifier, app usage, purchase consumption status, trial status, total amount spent, and total amount refunded. You can revoke this data-sharing permission at any time by contacting us, and refund decisions remain subject to Apple's refund policy.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Process your images through our AI technology
- Store your images on our servers and cloud storage
- Display your images to you within the App
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
5.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload content that:
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or offensive content
- Depicts minors in any manner
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malicious code or viruses
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
5.3 Generated Images
AI-generated images created using our service are owned by you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may have limitations and should not be used for official identification, legal purposes, or to deceive others.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Attempt to circumvent credit requirements or payment systems
- Resell or redistribute our service or generated images for commercial purposes without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Aidrobe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Third-Party Services
Our service uses third-party AI technology (Google Gemini) to generate images. Your use of the service is also subject to these third parties' terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
8.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing would look in reality. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDROBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your content
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Any interruption or cessation of the service
9. Account Termination
9.1 By You
You may request account deletion at any time through the App. Your account will be marked for deletion with a 90-day grace period, during which you can cancel the deletion by logging back in.
9.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.
10. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aidrobe operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
