These terms cover listing your brand’s products on Aidrobe.
1. How it works
Aidrobe helps people discover clothing and looks, preview them through AI virtual try-on, and visit your website to purchase. You remain responsible for sales, fulfilment, returns and customer service for purchases from your store.
Listing is currently free, with no commission, setup fee or listing fee. Any future charges would require your agreement first.
2. Your materials and permission
You confirm that you’re authorised to provide the product details, brand name, logos, photos and looks you share with us, and to grant the permissions described here. This includes any necessary permissions from photographers, models and other rights holders.
You keep your existing ownership rights. You give Aidrobe non-exclusive permission to store and display these materials in its app and website, process them through AI providers for virtual try-on, and create and display generated previews. We may resize, crop or format materials as needed for these purposes.
Aidrobe reviews materials before listing them. Users can then generate virtual try-ons.
3. AI processing and marketing
Aidrobe does not train AI models using your materials. We share them with AI providers as needed to generate virtual try-ons.
Your permission covers product listings and virtual try-on within Aidrobe. We will ask for separate permission before using your materials or generated previews in Aidrobe’s advertising, social media or other marketing.
4. Sharing by users
You also allow users to share your listed product images, looks and their generated try-on results outside Aidrobe, including on social media and messaging platforms, without requesting separate permission from you each time.
AI try-ons are illustrative previews. They do not guarantee exact fit, colour or appearance.
5. Updates and removal
You can request corrections or removal, or withdraw permission for future use, by emailing partnerships@aidrobe.app. We will remove the affected listings and stop new use within a reasonable time.
Removal does not guarantee deletion of existing generated results or copies already shared or held by users or providers. We may retain a record of your permission and removal request.
6. Acceptance
You accept these terms by confirming your agreement in our brand submission form or by email on behalf of your brand. Either you or Aidrobe can end the listing arrangement at any time.
